Why We Created the PRO FADER: Solving Pain Points for Audio Professionals

As audio enthusiasts who’ve spent years working with digital mixers, we’ve always been frustrated by a common problem: motorized faders that wear out too quickly. Whether we’re in the studio tracking a new project or on stage mixing a live show, reliable faders are non-negotiable. That’s why we set out to create the PRO SERIES PRO FADER (200 mm) — a solution built from the ground up to address the flaws we saw in existing options.

When we started developing this fader, we knew longevity was key. Most leading faders only offer around 300,000 cycles, which might sound like a lot until you’re a busy professional using them daily. We wanted something tougher, so we engineered our PRO FADER to last up to 1 million cycles — three times the industry standard. We used semi-precious Palladium Silver-Copper alloy for the wiper fingers, knowing it would stand up to repeated use without losing accuracy.

But durability isn’t everything. We also focused on performance. The high-precision 10 kΩ linear resistive track ensures smooth, consistent movement, while the legendary Mabuchi drive motor operates quietly and responsively — no more annoying hums or lag during crucial moments. We even added a touch-sensitive T-bar and sensor track, which lets the software automatically select channels and stops the motor when you’re holding the fader, preventing unnecessary wear.
